We collect the following categories of personal data:

• Data provided through the contact form: your name, email address, subject, and message content. • Traffic analysis data: through Umami Analytics (a privacy-respecting analytics tool), we collect aggregated and anonymised data about site visits, such as pages visited, visit duration, and device type. These data do not allow identification of individuals. • Essential cookies: necessary for the proper functioning of the website (see Cookie Policy).

We process your personal data on the following legal bases:

• Consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR): for processing data submitted through the contact form and for analytics cookies. Consent may be withdrawn at any time. • Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR): for the operation and security of the website, including essential cookies.

Personal data are retained only for as long as necessary for the purposes for which they were collected:

• Contact form data: a maximum of 12 months from receipt, or until your enquiry has been resolved, whichever is later. • Analytics data: aggregated data are retained for the duration of the project (until July 2027) and 5 years thereafter, as required by the Interreg programme. • Essential cookies: are deleted when the browsing session ends or upon their expiry (see Cookie Policy).

Under the GDPR, you have the following rights:

• Right of access: you may request information about the personal data we hold about you. • Right to rectification: you may request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data. • Right to erasure: you may request deletion of your personal data in certain circumstances. • Right to data portability: you may request to receive your data in a structured, commonly used format. • Right to restriction of processing: you may request limitation of the processing of your data. • Right to object: you may object to processing based on legitimate interest. • Right to withdraw consent: you may withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
