Galati County Council is the local public administration authority established at the county level to coordinate the activity of communal, town and municipal councils. As the lead partner of the CONSILU project, Galati County Council ensures the overall coordination, implementation of main activities and financial management of the Romanian component.

ACTEDJ is a non-governmental organization dedicated to promoting cross-border cooperation in the Lower Danube region. With extensive experience in implementing EU-funded projects, ACTEDJ contributes to strengthening the cultural and economic links between Romania and the Republic of Moldova.

Cahul District Council is the local public administration authority of Cahul District, Republic of Moldova. As a partner of the CONSILU project, Cahul District Council actively participates in promoting the cultural and tourist heritage of the region, ensuring the implementation of activities on the territory of the Republic of Moldova.
